A note from Randy…

The most important part of my job is keeping our employees focused on our core values and providing superior client service. I love working with smart people to figure out solutions to problems that most people cannot solve. We can do this because we have such a talented team. We are almost entirely focused on the PEO industry and have worked hard to understand not just the software needs of the industry but important things like how PEOs make money, what is important to their clients, and what issues are concerns to keep PEO executives awake at night. We have hired several employees that have many years of experience working in various departments within PEOs. Our culture is unique and fun to be part of. We operate very informally and spend a lot of time solving problems together. Everyone’s opinion and ideas are valued. We take great pride in delivering innovative yet stable and usable solutions to businesses.
